Our machines have built in sensors (above the delivery basket) to ensure all vends are successful. If an item gets stuck (failed vend), the machine will allow you to make another selection. On a cash transaction, the machine will maintain your transaction open until you decide to make a purchase. If a vend fails on a credit card or cashless transaction, the machine will cancel & close the transaction & you will not be charged but you will need to swipe again.

When you swipe your credit card or use Apple and Google Pay, this machine will verify that you have funds in your account to open a transaction and allow you to make a selection. It will pre-authorize a minimum amount between $6 - $8 and you may see a "pending" hold on your mobile app for banking or mobile wallet. This DOES NOT mean that you will be charged this amount. This automatically disappears and is replaced with the correct amount when the transaction settles with your bank. This is a common misunderstanding but we're here to assure you that you will only be charged for items that you purchase and are dispensed. If a transaction is closed before you make a purchase, you will not be charged and the pre-authorization amount or "pending" hold will be voided within a few business days. Generally banks release or settle funds within 2-3 business days. Some can be quicker than others, so please also consult with your bank if you have questions about a pre-authorization for peace of mind. No, it's completely free. Our Snack Oasis vending machines are provided at NO cost to your location. In fact, not only do we provide the machine, we also service, monitor & stock it as needed to minimize products being out of stock.

We will stock your machine & are also responsible for monitoring & servicing the machines as necessary. The quality of service provided is far superior to other traditional vending companies. Our smart machines use state-of-the-art technology & inventory management systems that report sales and machine inventory in real time. We are local residents of the Ramblewood community & are eager to share our commitment to our business with you.

Absolutely! We can also design an inventory of products for your particular type of location and modify it over time, according to the needs and demands of your location. It is our priority to frequently optimize and evolve our location stock in order to offer the best variety of healthy and traditional products to satisfy diverse tastes.

This is determined by a few factors. First, we look at the volume of foot traffic at each location on a daily basis. Second, we take into consideration any competition from other services that might already be place at your location.

Our products are all national, name brand items. These are the products you would expect to find on the shelves of your local Whole Foods, Publix or Sedanos supermarkets. Our inventory includes but is not limited to healthy & traditional snacks and beverages. Our price points are very competitive & we will work with you to develop a structure that works for you & your consumers.

We ask that you sign a basic agreement that we call a Reservation Form, which is simply that. Ideally, this relationship should be a win-win situation for both you & us at MC Florida Snack Oasis, LLC. If for any reason, it does not work out we would be more than happy to move the machine at no cost to a different location.
